Korean learners, stop being scared of making mistakes

That moment you freeze because you're not sure if it's "a" or "the" is literally the moment you lose the conversation. Native speakers don't care about article errors if they understand you. I've said "I go to hospital" a hundred times and people just nod. Communication first, perfection later. Just say it and fix it as you go.
