When "SNS" Means Nothing Outside Korea

I came across the term SNS in a Korean English post again and I had to stop. Outside Korea, native speakers say social media, not SNS, unless they are on a finance page talking about a stock ticker. This kind of Konglish is a hard barrier in writing tasks for Band 7+, where lexical resource markers flag unnatural collocations immediately.
