Natural" English or just sloppy habits?

I have been seeing "SNS" used in English posts lately as if it were a standard term. It is not. In English, the abbreviation is "social media." "SNS" is Konglish, and using it outside of a Korean context risks confusing readers who will not know what you mean. Correcting this once and using "social media" consistently is not pedantry; it prevents a breakdown in communication that no amount of confidence will fix.
