That five-second rule thing changed how I think about speaking English

Honestly, the biggest thing holding me back was always trying to form the perfect sentence in my head first. If you can pick a topic and just start talking within five seconds, you skip all that overthinking and actually communicate. Grammar drills are cool and all, but they mean nothing if you freeze when someone asks you a question lol. Just say it, fix it later.
