The five-second rule changed how I practice. Pick a topic, open your mouth, go. No script, no perfect grammar, just output. Day 412 and I still butcher articles daily, but nobody's walked away confused yet. Fear of mistakes is the wall holding you back, not your level. Just say it, fix it by using it.
