native speakers drop the subject all the time too

i keep seeing posts about korean speakers dropping subjects in english like it's a big problem. but honestly, native speakers do it constantly. "sounds good" "looking forward to it" "got it" — no subject anywhere. communication first, right? nobody is confused.
