Sorry about the whole "disingenuine" thing actually

Just caught that October podcast about native speakers saying "disingenuine" instead of "disingenuous." Honestly, this is such a relief lol. Even native speakers mess up words all the time and nobody tells them to stop talking. Makes me feel way better about my own fossilized errors like dropping the third-person S. If they can be wrong and still communicate fine, so can we. Just say it!
